4 spicy cooking chorizo
500ml cider
Put the chorizo in a small pan that fits them snuggly. Pour over the cider and bring to the boil. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes until the cider reduces to a syrup like consistency.
Remove the chorizo from the pan and slice them. serve with sauce poured over with plenty of bread
