Please don’t call me a chef – I’m just a cook!
I love food; the sourcing, growing, preparation and presentation of great food. I also love entertaining. I started my ‘home restaurant’, The Secret Supper Society, over 13 years ago and have entertained many guests over the years in the relaxed and comfortable surroundings of my home in the beautiful North Oxfordshire countryside just off junction 10 of the M40.
I’ve cooked for famous chefs such as Raymond Blanc, Mary Berry and Tom Aitkens, appeared on several TV shows and currently present a weekly recipe on BBC Radio Oxford. I’ve created magical events for weddings, private parties, Indian Nights, Spanish Evenings and even picnics in our garden.
I really enjoyed giving cooking classes for small groups of appreciative foodies in my kitchen.
Now I want to share my cooking talents with a wider audience and so have moved my classes online. You’ll still be able to chat with me and pick up useful tips – just from the comfort of your own kitchen. Find out more.
