This no cook watercress sauce is a delightful accompaniment to chicken and fish dishes and so easy to make.

500 ml natural yoghurt

100 g watercress, woody stalks removed

squeeze of lemon

Watercress sauce served with grilled dukkah chicken

In a liquidiser, add the watercress and yoghurt and blend until fully combined. Add a pinch of salt, grinding of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Will keep for 3 days.
