I never waste chicken skin as it’s delicious crisped up in the oven.
I’m not giving quantities for this because you will just cook what you have available. Watch the video for how to make very flat pieces if you prefer.
Preheat the oven to 200c fan. Spread the chicken skins out on a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with a little salt place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
Remove and place the skins on kitchen paper. Use any excess fat that has collected in the baking tray to flavour other dishes.
