Absolutely everything left over from your Christmas lunch can go in this pie. Turkey, vegetables, stuffing, pigs in blankets, ham, cranberry sauce, gravy, don’t hold back!
Leftover vegetables
Leftover turkey and ham
Leftover gravy
2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, tarragon, chives, sage or thyme)
100g butter, melted
1 pack filo pastry
Sprinkle the leftover into a roasting tin or baking dish, add herbs and drizzle with leftover gravy. If you have cranberry sauce, dot it around.
Preheat the oven to 180c Fan.
Unroll the filo pastry and cut the sheets into 6 squares, cover with a damp cloth until ready to use.
Paint each square of filo with the clarified butter, scrunch as you would a tissue and place on the pie, continue until all the filo is used. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Great idea to be resourceful and tastes great. Feels strange putting everything together but is exactly as Jules says – like having Christmas lunch again 😂
