Absolutely everything left over from your Christmas lunch can go in this pie. Turkey, vegetables, stuffing, pigs in blankets, ham, cranberry sauce, gravy, don't hold back!

Ingredients
LeftoverVegetables
LeftoverTurkey and/or ham
LeftoverGravy
2tbspChopped fresh herbs (whatever needs using up)
100gButtermelted
1packFilo pastry
Instructions
Sprinkle the leftover into a roasting tin or baking dish, add herbs and drizzle with leftover gravy. If you have cranberry sauce, dot it around.
Preheat the oven to 180c Fan.
Unroll the filo pastry and cut the sheets into 6 squares, cover with a damp cloth until ready to use.
Paint each square of filo with the clarified butter, scrunch as you would a tissue and place on the pie, continue until all the filo is used. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
