I met this enthusiastic team of young people at the London Meatopia event in September 2026. After trying a sample of their hot honey I was blown away – literally! and bought a couple of bottles of this delicious condiment.
Their 100% pure blossom honey is infused with fiery scotch bonnet chillies. I’ve used it for drizzling on freshly baked pizza my crispy fried southern chicken, roast nectarine with buffalo mozzarella. It’s pretty versatile and delicious on just about anything.
