Focaccia

Definition:

A soft, airy Italian bread known for its olive oil–rich dough and golden, dimpled crust. Often seasoned with sea salt, herbs, or toppings like olives, tomatoes, or rosemary, focaccia has a light, chewy texture and a savoury flavour. It is typically enjoyed on its own, as a side with soups and salads, or used for sandwiches.
