I had lychee juice that needed using up, and this is what happened.

The most memorable thing that has gone wrong in mine was having a dinner party, handing out drinks to everyone (including myself, this is where I went wrong). By the time we got onto main courses, I was on my 3rd glass; I completely forget about the roast potatoes I had put in the oven and by the time I remembered they resembled lumps of coal rather than potatoes. Safe to say, when entertaining I try and remain 1 or 2 drinks behind the guests!!!
