Originally from the Clover Club in Philadelphia, made with gin and egg white.

Normally made with gin, but you know I don’t like gin.

Someone bought me one of these at a recent lunch and I knew I had to share it.

My Flirtini with a twist: a few drops of Chambord, which I had in one in Ireland, and a beautiful stable foam thanks to cocktail foaming drops.
