Pan bagna

A sandwich from Nice which sees a large round roll filled with variations on the theme of black olives, roasted capsicum, tomatoes, garlic, anchovies, onions, and olive oil. Literally ‘bathed bread’, it has often made well ahead of serving, and should be quite juicy.
