Honey & Mustard Dressing
Necessity is the mother of invention. The brand I always buy has been discontinued so time to make my own. I make up a batch of 250ml and store in the fridge for up to month.

Ingredients

tbsp
grain mustard
2
tbsp
honey
2
tsp
balsamic vinegar
4
tbsp
cider vinegar
160
ml
rapeseed oil
Instructions
Combine the mustard, honey, balsamic and cider vinegar then gradually whisk in the oil. Season with a little salt and pepper. Store in the fridge.
