Ingredients
1clovegarlicchopped
splasholive oil
4cooking chorizosliced
50mlred wine
1tbsphoney
chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Gently heat a splash of oil in the pan. Keep your pan on a low heat and add the garlic. Let it cook gently for 2-3 minutes but be careful not to let it burn. Add the chorizo turning after a couple of minutes to brown on both sides.
Turn the heat up and add the red wine, be careful because it may spit and sizzle. Add the honey, reduce the heat and put a lid on and let it cook for 10 mins.
Remove the chorizo with a slotted spoon and then pour as much of the fatty juices as you want depending on how naughty you feel. Sprinkle some freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
