Ingredients
320gsheet ready rolled puff pastry
1eggbeaten
100gcheddar cheesegrated
few pinches cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200c Fan
Unroll the pastry and leave on the paper in which it's wrapped. Brush all over with beaten egg then generously sprinkle with almost all the cheese, sprinkle with cayenne pepper (or paprika) and a little salt.
Slice the pastry into 12-14 slices. Twist each slice
Brush with egg then brush with remaining egg, sprinkle with leftover cheese
