Ingredients

onion
grated

cloves
garlic

pork mince

beef mince

packet
parsley
finely chopped

tsp
thyme or 1tsp dry
finely chopped

g
fresh breadcrumbs

eggs
lightly beaten
50
g
ketchup
1
tsp
salt
few
drops
tabasco (optional)
Glaze
50
g
ketchup
2
tbsp
brown sugar
1
tsp
mustard
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 c fan.
Mix all the ingredients for the glaze and set aside.
Put all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands.
Mould into a loaf shape and put in a loaf tin and paint the meat with the glaze
Place in the oven for 55-60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.
