Ingredients
5clovesgarlicminced
1tbsplemon juice
100gmayonnaise
1/4tspdijon mustard
Instructions
Place the minced garlic in a small bowl and pour over lemon juice, add a large pinch of salt and leave to soak (macerate) for 10 minutes. Press through a fine sieve and add the garlic flavoured lemon juice to the mayonnaise.
