The food was wonderful – the paella and the cheesecake were the best and the tapas was really authentic too. Such a nice treat and, if it wasn’t for the cotswold stone on your house, we could have been in Spain!
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Nick and Clint for a really wonderful evening on Saturday. Everything was absolutely faultless and we had such a fun time. You made us feel so welcome in your lovely home and your food is outstanding – the Jerusalem artichoke risotto and the gazpacho granita in particular for me – how on earth you manage to get so much flavour into those dishes I have no idea!
Thank you so much for making my birthday so special. You’re both the perfect hosts and you, Jules, are a VERY talented chef; the meal was sublime – the blend of flavours exquisite and a joy to eat. I think everyone should sample your excellent cuisine at least once in their lives – you should be on everyone’s ‘Bucket List’!
